Vvidget Code > Common Keys > General
This section explains keys that are common to all, or at least most, dictionaries. It may appear that some of these have nothing to do with a desktop application and that the redirection qualities are non sequitur, however they are not but are also used only in special circumstances that probably don't have relevance to your use of Vvidget Code, i.e.: You can ignore them.
The following table defines the basic key and value pairs.

| Key | Value Description |
| pvs_version | Always 1. This is a version control mechanism for future possible use. |
| image_maker | Usually the string "chart", but can be other things for a custom state machine. |
| image_width | The width of the image in pixels. |
| image_height | The height of the image in pixels. |
| image_output_type | Defines the output type. 1 for PNG, 2 for JPEG, 3 for GIF, 1005 for PDF. |
| image_contact | An arbitrary string that represents the caller's identification. |
