Limited Support
Due to the nature of the Vvidget Code product, being a product within a complex programming environment, and the fact that VVI is not aware of the nature of your use of Vvidget Code, your own capabilities, the scope of your use and your final product that Vvidget Code shall be integrated into, VVI hereby disclaims any warranty, guaranty or service regarding support except under the following guide.
Support without a paid for and written Support Plan is limited to improvements of this VVI documentation at the discretion of VVI. If you purchased a written Support Plan from VVI then, unless specifically stated otherwise by VVI in writing, the support is limited to existing public API support as documented in this manual, as provided by the version of Vvidget Code that you purchased, is non-transferable, is non-assignable and is limited by the End User License Agreement. With such Support Plan, VVI shall make a reasonable attempt to provide support within the Support Plan specified duration however the support shall be limited by aforementioned terms and in addition by amortization against the then going rates for support on an hourly basis. Support beyond that provided for by a Support Plan shall only be provided by a negotiated contract signed by both parties.
